FCCLA Culinary Competition

New Albany School of Career & Technical Education’s Culinary Arts I & II students recently competed in the FCCLA State Competition in Natchez, MS. Students who competed are as follows:  Jakeb Adair, 1st place, Short Order Cook; Lainey Floyd 3rd place, Salad Prep; Tristan Godwin, 1st place, Food Art; Desrae Finley, 2nd place, Quick Breads; Ruby Cortez, 1st place, Restaurant Service; Will Hefner, 1st place, Knife Skills and Anita Alef, Advisor.
