Fifth grade students in the EXCEL program at New Albany Elementary School have been working for several months researching topics and preparing for their TED-style presentations.  Students presented their TED Talks on Thursday, January 31 and shared their big ideas, passions, and challenges with the hope of working to initiate change for a better tomorrow.  Twenty-one students made presentations on a variety of topics including genetic conditions, pollution, alternative sources of energy, and recycling.
