New Albany Middle School (NAMS) experienced caring and compassion during the holidays.
Ashley’s Angels is an organization that has helped students and their families in our school district for many years.  This holiday season Ashley’s Angels served five families at NAMS.  To give back to this organization, several students involved in the NAMS Fellowship of Christian Athletes traveled to Pontotoc and helped with shopping for Ashley’s Angels.
This school year NAMS began an Angel Tree to provide Christmas for students at the school whose families needed additional assistance during the holidays.  The Angel Tree served twelve students.  The NAMS National Junior Honor Society assisted with the Angel Tree.  The administration and staff at NAMS would like to thank the following businesses and individuals in the community for adopting the students and providing Christmas for these students and their families:  Ray & Patty Collins; Illume Salon, Friendly City Tire, and a number of anonymous donors.
