New Albany High School’s College Countdown Application Day was held on Wednesday, October 17. One hundred sixty-seven college applications were completed by 101 seniors on College Countdown Application Day! During the day, seniors took time to complete college applications, send transcripts to colleges, and ask any questions regarding college scholarship applications, admissions, and more. School Counselors as well as college admissions counselors from surrounding colleges such as Northeast Mississippi Community College, Mississippi State University, University of Mississippi, and University of Southern Mississippi assisted seniors with completing their applications. This was an exciting day where seniors got a jumpstart on completing their college applications.
