Each year the Ishtehotopah Chapter of the DAR presents Constitutional posters, Preamble and American Creed cards, school announcements, and Constitution facts to the Union County and New Albany School Districts for the celebration of September 17, 1787 – the signing of the U.S. Constitution. Emily Murff’s high school art classes participated this year by painting pictures of the American flag.
