New Albany High School Juniors and Seniors who will participate in summer internships recently had the opportunity to add a certification to their resume by completing CPR/AED training at the New Albany School of Career & Technical Education on Thursday, May 9. School Nurses Tammie Reeder & Jill Robbins served as instructors. Funding was provided by a TVA STEM Education grant. Fourteen students participating in the IMPACTO, Gateway, and Rural Medical & Science Scholars internship programs received CPR certification.
