Dear Seniors and Parents,
We are excited to provide our 2020 New Albany High School Seniors with their much deserved traditional graduation ceremony. The ceremony will be July 31 at 8:00 pm on Kitchens Field. New Albany High School is committed to provide our senior class with a safe traditional ceremony following CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our faculty and the families of our seniors. To ensure social distancing in the stands, each senior will be allowed five guests on the home side of the stadium and two guests on the visitor side. Each senior will be given only one home side ticket (admits up to five) and one visitor ticket (admits up to two). All individuals with each family must be present and enter the ceremony at the same time.
Graduation Practice will be at Kitchens Field Thursday, July 30 at 3:00 pm. This was announced as being scheduled for 6:00 pm in the survey but has been moved to 3:00 pm to allow for families to watch the robing ceremony that night. Graduation practice is mandatory for any senior participating in the ceremony on July 31. If a senior does not attend practice, he or she will not walk at the ceremony. More information will come about practice.
