The New Albany School District is the recipient of the Administrator Grant through Mississippi Professional Educators.
The purpose of the grant is to motivate, inspire, reward, and encourage teachers and celebrate their accomplishments.
New Albany School District’s project “Fab Five Fridays” will honor a group of teachers each month during the Spring semester.
Teachers who received the “Fab Five” recognition for February are:
Mary Beth Sellers, 2nd Grade Teacher at NAES
Brandee Wheeler, Science Teacher at NAMS
Allie Pierce, History Teacher at NAHS
Anita Alef, Culinary Arts Teacher at CTE
Tammy Almand, Elementary Teacher at NASTUC
