On September 1, Culinary I students at the School of Career & Technical Education hosted guest speakers from the New Albany Fire Department, Fireman Heath Brown and Lieutenant Randy Stacy. Brown and Stacy instructed students on the importance of fire safety and demonstrated the proper usage of fire extinguishers and overall safety in the Culinary Arts I and II lab.
