Overseeing the physical plant operations of six school sites with a crew of six employees.

Providing leadership and direction in all aspects of administering a facilities management.

Maintains records for OSHA and other regulating agencies.

Orders and maintains inventory of chemicals needed to serve six school items.

Works in partnership with school administrators in the planning and maintaining of all new buildings and major renovation and repair of existing facilities.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
